Description

This metal collar, made from the armour of a Hykariut, resizes to fit almost any size of creature. This collar binds a subject in servitude to those who hold metal rings fashioned from the same source as the collar itself. There may be as few as one controlling ring and as many as a dozen.

Etched upon the collar in Celestial are up to 20 words describing the shame of the subject. These words are determined by the bestower at the time when the collar is placed upon the subject.

While wearing this collar, the subject can be directed as the Dominate Person spell by any individual wearing a controlling ring. With a 28 Will Save DC the subject can resist the domination for 1 day. Furthermore, if the subject is Chaotic-aligned, they gain a permanent negative level until the collar is removed. Additionally, the subject can use Detect Law 3/day as a standard action.

The effects of this collar last for 32 days, after which the collar loosens and the words of shame fade away.

The collar can be removed through break enchantment or better. It may also be broken by a 41 Strength check.
