Damage: A clockwork lich’s touch attack uses negative energy to deal 1d8 points of damage to creatures +1 point of damage per 2 Hit Dice possessed by the lich. A lich can take a full-round action to infuse itself with this energy.
Special Attacks
Fear Aura (Su): Creatures of less than 5 HD in a 60-foot radius that look at the lich must succeed on a Will save or become frightened. Creatures with 5 HD or more must succeed at a Will save or be shaken for a number of rounds equal to the lich’s Hit Dice. A creature that successfully saves cannot be affected again by the same lich’s aura for 24 hours. This is a mind-affecting fear effect.
Static Touch (Su): Any creature a lich hits with a touch attack must succeed on a Fortitude save or be paralyzed for 1+1d4 rounds. Additionally, it does 2d8 electricity damage with each attack.
Electric Lifeforce Drain (Su): Any creature hit by the lich causes 1d2 Dexterity drain and causes the next ability of the clockwork lich to do 50% more damage.
Wailing Wheel (Su): The gears within the lich spin at such an astounding speed, causing all creatures that can hear to make a Fortitude 20 save or be deafened for 1d6 rounds and dazed for 1 round. When the lich does this action, all physical attacks gain an additional 1d8 damage. This can be done as part of a move action.
